Documents and eligibility for MBA admission 2026
Gather these before you apply and your file clears verification in one pass. Nothing here needs an entrance exam score.
Eligibility
- ✓ Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university
- ✓ Minimum 50% aggregate in graduation (45% for reserved categories, where the provider allows)
- ✓ Final-year graduation students may apply provisionally, subject to result submission
- ✓ No entrance exam required for online / distance admission — CAT / MAT scores are optional
Document checklist
- 110th marksheet & certificate
- 212th marksheet & certificate
- 3Graduation marksheets (all years) & degree / provisional certificate
- 4Photo ID — Aadhaar / Passport / Voter ID
- 5Passport-size photograph (soft copy)
- 6Signature scan
- 7Work experience letter (only if applying for an executive / 1-year track)
- 8Category or migration certificate, where applicable
Scan in colour, under 2 MB per file, PDF or JPG. Photographs of documents on a desk are usually rejected.
What actually delays an application
Name mismatch
Marksheet spelling differs from Aadhaar or PAN. Fix or carry an affidavit.
Missing degree certificate
A provisional certificate is accepted if the final one is pending.
Result awaited
Final-year students can apply provisionally and submit results later.
Unreadable scans
Low-light phone photos are the top cause of re-submission.
